These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 19 to 24 as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the respondents 19 to 24 are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and ranked as respondents 19 to 24 in the appeal.
