2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner is granted time till 13.11.2024 to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.09.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.13041 of in Crl.R.C.No.1569 of 2024.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, is ordered accordingly.
