These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed 25th respondent as legal representative of the deceased 5th respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the 25th respondent is brought on record as legal representative of the deceased 5th respondent and ranked as 25th respondent in the appeal.
