The first defendant is the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner seeks a limited relief of expeditious disposal of O.S.No.153 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thiruvallur.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the revision petition, notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the pleadings are complete and the issues have already been framed and the trial is yet to commence.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow this revision petition and direct the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Thiruvallur, to expedite the trial in the suit and dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.03.2026.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There 2/4

shall be no order as to costs.
