ORDER

The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) and 115(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.222 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the condition in Crl.O.P.No.19992 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 19.09.2025 to execute the bond with two sureties and to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19992 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension of time will be granted. 02.09.2025 cda 2/4
