This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4031 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m.,

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
