The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the compulsory allotment of quarters issued in favour of the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.9925/Gen11/06, dated 19.10.2006 and while entertaining the writ petition and granted interim order passed by this court, dated 21.12.2006 for recovery alone. At the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner was aged about 56 years. After a lapse of 11 years, I do not find anything survives for any further adjudication.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
