The learned counsel for the respondent is present through video conference and reported that the respondent has no objection, in case, if the petition is allowed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2022 pending before the Family Court (Sub Judge), Kancheepuram to be transfered to the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.
