reach the completion of investigation, leading to filing a final report. Hence, the defacto complainant is before the Court seeking a direction to expedite the investigation and to file the final report within the stipulated time.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), submits that since there are some disputed documents alleged to be forged and the same has to be sent for expert opinion and seeks two months time to complete the investigation.
3. Recording the same, this Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months.
