Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 and subsequently not to sub-divide the petitioner's property an extent of 0.28 cents comprised in Survey No.156/2, Pu. The above Writ Petition seeks a mandamus to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 09.09.2024, not to subdivide the property comprised in Survey No.156/2, Pu. Konalvadi Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Kallakuruchi District.

2. When the matter came up, the learned Government Advocate would submit that they have not received any application seeking subdivision of the said property.

3. There appears to be no cause of action for the petitioner to 2/5

invoke the jurisdiction of this Court seeking mandamus. That too when there is no application on file.

4. Considering the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
