In a proposed suit for partition, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue in respect of items 3 and 4 of the suit schedule - A.

2. Learned counsel submits that items 1 and 2 of Schedule - A are situated at Chennai.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and considering the above submissions, it is clear that at least part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.1200 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue in respect of items 3 and 4 of Schedule - A before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
