The petitioner herein seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.464 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 3(2)(a), 4 (1) & 5(1)(a) Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

2. It is stated that A1 to A3 had been arrested and granted bail. The present petitioner/A is the owner of the Le Posh Salon & Spa, located at No.4/15, Jainagar, Jaigarden Main Road, Valsaravakkam, Chennai - 600087. It is stated in the petition itself that the petitioner is the Proprietrix. As a owner, she has the responsibility to ensure that the place is not used for any illegal or immoral purpose. If it is so used, it can be very safely and strongly presumed that she has authorised it for immoral and illegal purpose. Therefore, even though A1 to A3 were granted bail, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
