This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21558 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
