This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Dindigul and report before the Inspector of Police, every day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner herein by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26429 of 2022 by an order dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
