This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 05.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9146 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8853 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 6.30pm., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, appear before the Trial Court once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30am., apart from the Court hearing dates till examination of P.W.1 and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
