This application has been filed to accept the English Translated Version of Tamil Will dated 05.11.2017, registered Document No.52/BKJIII/2017 filed in O.P.Diary No.161813 of 2024.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 15.11.2017 executed by Mr.R.P.Kani (deceased). The said Will was executed in Tamil. As per the relevant rules, English translated version filed along with the Tamil translated version of the Will.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the above said reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the Will was executed in Tamil and therefore, it is appropriate to allow this application.

5.This Application stands allowed accordingly.

6. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
