O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 13.02.2019 in W.P.No.4080 of 2019 has been complied with. In this regard, an Action Taken Report is filed by the third respondent and a criminal case was also registered. Pursuant to the registration of criminal case, all further actions are also in progress. This being the action taken report 2/4

filed in detail, this Court is of the opinion that the respondents are directed to continue the actions already initiated, in order to reach a logical end. There should not be any lapses in continuance of actions in this regard.

2. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
