The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the concerned jurisdiction Court passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 15938 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17136 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
