This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 407 days in representing the above C.R.P.

2. Mr.B.Balavijayan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petition was returned by the Registry on 26.08.2022 for compliance of certain defects as if there is an error in the original certified copy of the order, where the power agent name has not been incorporated in the cause title. Thereafter, he filed a memo on 19.09.2022 to amend the order before the trial court, which was allowed by the learned trial court. Subsequently, on receipt of amendment order, he represented the case. In the said circumstances he was not able to represent the petition in time. In view of the same, there is a delay of 407 days arose in representing the above C.R.P. and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow this petition and Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise found to be in order. 30.11.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
