The petition has been filed to relax the condition (a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24329 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
