Prayer: Writ Petition filed to filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his Proceedings No.Nil, dated 7.2.2002 and quash the same. For petitioner :

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the order passed by the second respondent, dated 7.2.2002, suspending the petitioner from service, pending enquiry.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an enquiry had been held, the petitioner had been dismissed from service. Challenging the said order of dismissal, the petitioner has preferred a revision petition before the State government and the matter is still pending.

4. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
