2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been suffering from blood cancer and is taking treatment and therefore, she is unable to attend the court physically for the purpose of letting in evidence.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is ordered and the applicant is permitted to let in evidence through video conference. The applicant shall appear before the Additional Master-III through video conferencing and give evidence on 09.11.2023.
