Since the Legal Heirship Certificate dated 14.12.2016 issued by the Revenue Tahsildar, Erode dated 14.12.2016 shows that Maragathavalli and S.Prakash who were already shown as petitioners in the Writ Petition and one Rajeswari are legal heirs of the deceased K.S.Shanmugam, the unimpleaded Mrs.Rajeswari is impleaded as 6th petitioner in the Writ Petition. The impleading petition is allowed accordingly.
