(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above original side appeals.

2. Heard Mr.R.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that Dinesh Kumar Agarwal, is the power agent of the petitioner herein and the petitioner has also executed a general Power of Attorney in favour of the said Dinesh Kumar Agarwal dated 23.07.2020 in Document No.92 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Villivakkam.
