Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that, in view of the passing of the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.186, Cooperative, Food and Consumer Protection Department, dated 16.8.2000, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
