Heard Mr. Mr. S.Doraisamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. J.Ravindran, Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. P.T.Ramadevi and Mr. Rahul Aditya, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the limited e-tender notification bearing B.R.R.C. No. B4/5297/2023 dated 14.10.2023 by the Respondent and for directing the Respondent to float open tender in order to enable all eligible contractors to participate without registering login id of each and every contractor after following the procedure laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1997 and the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the pursuant to permission granted today by the concerned authority, the Petitioner has been able to upload his application. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
