2. According to the applicants, they filed the main Suit for the relief of declaration, and in order to obtain interim orders, notice is necessary. Since there is an urgency, they are unable to serve statutory notice. Therefore, they filed this application.
3. Considering the above-said reasons and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed and the notice under Section 80(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is dispensed with.
