The Review Application is filed under Section 114 of the Civil Procedure Code r/w Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code to review the order dated 19.04.2017 of this Court made in W.P.No.11651 of 2012.

The petitioner had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.11651 of 2012 before this Court, and this Court, by order dated 19.04.2017, directed the petitioner to forward a copy of the representation dated 14.11.2011 along with a copy of the said Order to the respondents for passing orders.

2. Now, the petitioner has filed this review application in the above writ petition praying to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent so as to furnish all the subsequent events, in stead of the earlier representation dated 14.11.2011 as stated in the Order passed by this Court in the writ petition.

3. In view of the earlier order passed by this Court in the writ petition, no fresh order need be passed in this review petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, if permissible under law, for consideration of the respondents in accordance with law.

3. The Review Application is dismissed with above observation. No costs.
