This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the above Criminal Revision to set aside the order dated 12.12.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.2691 of 2024 in S.C.No.219 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 76 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
