A.Nos.5803 & 5804 of 2022 in C.S.No.810 of 2012 R.N.MANJULA,J.

These applications have been filed to recall D.W.1 to file an additional proof affidavit for marking authorisation letters; to permit the applicant / defendant to file the authorisation letter of D.Ravichandran and authorisation letter of G.Jayanthi as additional documents in C.S.No.810 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff / respondent submitted that the plaintiff has no objection to allow the application filed to recall D.W.1.

3. Hence, the application in A.No.5803 of 2022 is allowed.

However, the other application in A.No.5804 of 2022 filed to receive additional documents is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.
