ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose the second Appeal and furnish information claimed under Section 6 (1) of Right to Information Act on 07.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the second appeal dated 05.06.2024 filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
