This Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered as against the petitioners herein in Cr.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case on 05.04.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, Chennai and they are waiting for e-filing the same.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the fact that charge sheet has been filed, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
