When the matter was taken up today for consideration by this Bench, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made necessary endorsement in the petition.
