ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land in Survey Nos.112/8A1, 112/8A5, 112/12A1 and 112/11C to a total extent of 1 acre and 95 cents situtated in Meyyur Village, Arni Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, by considering his online application dated 08.12.2021.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired right over the above mentioned property under the registered sale deed dated 28.02.2005 and subsequently the revenue documents were mutated in his favour. On 02.12.2021, the petitioner submitted an online application bearing Challan Nos.20211207943528 and 20211207943452, the same has not been considered by the Respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4
3.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for Respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the same without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.12.2021 and pass final orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbours and other interested parties.
