ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to enable change of inquiry officer on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 26.10.2017 in FIR No.884/2017 and to investigate and file a final report in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that different Deputy Superintendent of Police conducted an investigation in FIR No.884/2017 and the same was closed as action dropped.
3.Therefore, the change of investigation officer does not arise since no investigation is pending in FIR No.884/2017. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to serve referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant and also file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner/defacto complainant is at liberty to approach the Court concerned if so advised.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
