This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.20665 of 2024 in Crime No.83/2024 dated 30.08.2024, the Petitioner is directed to report before the Respondent police daily at 10.00 am, until further orders.

Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail; and that the investigation is also completed.

3. Considering that the Petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
