ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2018, investigate the same and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the representation dated 05.12.2018 given by the petitioner, the second respondent police had registered a case in Crime No.237 of 2019 under Sections 279 and 338 of IPC. Further, he would submit that in the above referred Crime No, charge sheet has also been filed on 06.03.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai, after completing the investigation.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, no further order is required in this petition as the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been considered by the second respondent police.
