ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to directing the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 16.12.2016 made to the 1st respondent herein and transfer the case from the 2nd & 3rd respondents herein to the CB CID Police, Tamilnadu.

The case of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 16.12.2016 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to conduct enquiry as per the post-mortem report of his son, who found dead with multiple injuries on 31.05.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no case is pending on the file the 2nd and 3rd respondents with regard to the above complaint.
