O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner and during the pendency of the writ petition, the same having been considered, has been rejected by the respondents by an order dated 06.02.2020. A copy of the same was also served on the petitioner and it was acknowledged by the petitioner.

2. Therefore, this Court feels that nothing survives in this writ petition as of now. It is made clear that, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the said order passed by the respondents, rejecting his claim made through his representation, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
