This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Act) at Vellore, in Crime No.124 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. It is stated that due to illness, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court in time as directed by this Court.

3. Hence, considering the above, three weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16147 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022.
