The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22564 of 2024, dated 18.09.2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for the past 31 days.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail for the past 31 days, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
