Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, to direct the respondent police to comply with the order passed in C.M.P.No.8 of 2022 dated 10.05.2022 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate for Land Grabbing Cases, Erode, to register the FIR within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent police to register FIR as ordered by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate for Land Grabbing Cases, Erode, in C.M.P.No.8 of 2022 dated 10.05.2022. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that FIR has been registered in Cr.No.11 of 2024 and produced a copy of the same.
