The Review Application is filed to review the order dated 20.03.2012 passed in C.R.P.(PD) No.4141 of 2010. This Court closed the said Civil Revision Petition recording the joint compromise memo dated 14.03.2012.

2. According to the petitioner, his signature in the compromise memo was obtained by force. Therefore, the said order has to be reviewed. The petitioner has not stated that he has raised this contention and the same was not considered by this Court. But the petitioner has not produced any document to show that the petitioner has signed memo of compromise on compulsion. In view of the same, there is no error apparent on the face of order to review the same.

3. In the result, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
