..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 2nd respondent and quashing the impugned letter in RC No.534/B/2008 dated 28.11.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent making false and vexatious demand of Rs.11,84,194/- with interest and penalty with regard to the petitioner's Developed Plot No.G2B, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Kakkalur, measuring an extent of 14.83 cents, situate in S.No.116, Putlur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District and further direct the respondents to issue appropriate letter revoking the cancellation order of the 1st respondent's proceedings in R.C.No.6280/IE2/2008 dated 23.03.2015 and further direct the respondents to execute and issue sale deed in favour of the petitioner.
