respondent herein submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has already stayed sub-paragraphs [ii] and [iv] of paragraph No.14 of the impugned order vide order dated 24.07.2024 in SLP[C] Diary No.23542/2024. (3)Since several SLPs have been filed against the very same order and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has now seized of the matter, the petitioner / party-in-person has agreed that he will prosecute his case before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by an independent appeal. (4)Therefore, with liberty preserved to the petitioner/party-in-person to move the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of appeal, this review application stands dismissed. No costs.
