The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 8(a) of Crl.O.P.No. 22338 of 2024 by order dated 18.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
