O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.06.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23786 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to register an FIR, forthwith.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent registered FIR in Crime No.16 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022, for the offences under Section 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 67 of Information Techonology Act, and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. 3.
