This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 24.11.2022 given to them.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is said to be the Managing Director of a private limited company by name Great India Trading Academy; various investors having deposited their money in the petitioner's Company; since similar such Companies have been wound up, the investors of the petitioner's Company have also started to demand to return their money; the petitioner was returning the money to the investors periodically; however, Jayapal and Periyannan, colluded with others and they had have given a false complaint before the second respondent police. The second respondent police is continuously harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by Jayapal and Periyannan, current paper enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.1043 of 2022 and the same has been closed on 16.11.2022 on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he would settle the money to the investors.
5. Since no more complaint is pending for consideration before the second respondent police, I feel that this matter does not require any consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
