This petition is listed today under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. In view of the earlier order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.28144 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024, paragraph 5 of the said order shall stand modified as follows:

''5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to transfer the case in S.T.C.No.893 of 2021. Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.893 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Virudhachalam, is hereby withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of the Fast Track Court No.I (Metropolitan Magisterial Level) Exclusive Trial for N.I.Act Cases, Allikulam, Chennai. Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam, is directed to send all the records and papers with regard to S.T.C.No.893 of 2021 and the learned Magistrate concerned, is hereby directed to receive the same and conduct trial on a day-to-day basis and pronounce

the orders within a period of 45 days from the date of appearance of the petitioner i.e., on 08.01.2025, excluding the Pongal holidays. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Fast Track Court No.I (Metropolitan Magisterial Level) Exclusive Trial for N.I.Act Cases, Allikulam, Chennai, on 08.01.2025 without fail. Both the parties are directed to extend their fullest co-operation for the disposal of the case within the time stipulated by this Court.''

4. All other observations made in the earlier order, shall remain intact. The Registry is also directed to issue corrected order copy forthwith. 18.12.2024 ms
