This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24013 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 for appearing before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
